Very poor customer service. They are extremely slow in replying and are not even bothered to send you a quote. They treat you like they do not care at all. Unfortunately in Switzerland you often come across this unfriendly business attitude. I would not recommend them to anyone! The below response is inaccurate. I have never sent them my budget, I have just told them about another quote I got. Their attitude is really not business friendly.
