Fast and friendly service. However, the 5 CHF service fee was unnecessary if you only wanted to dispose of free waste (e.g., cardboard).
We brought plastic garbage bags, for which we've already paid the fees, and glass. Despite this, they still charged a CHF 5 basic fee. Never again. I'm paying for something where you don't pay a cent anywhere else. Absolutely outrageous. Tip: Go to Jaberg; it's better organized and they charge the correct amount.
