Business Owners Beware: If you value your revenue and your sanity, do NOT use Payrexx. From October to November 2024, we processed over 1,100 transactions through Payrexx, totaling nearly $100,000 in revenue. After verifying our account and allowing us to process these payments, Payrexx, despite their promise of weekly payments, never paid us out. Worse, after multiple back and forth emails with their evasive, slow and unhelpful customer service, they abruptly suspended our account in April 2025, citing vague “irregularities” — despite a dispute rate of only 0.4%, well below industry norms. They withheld our funds for over 8 months, and it took dozens of emails, the looming threat of reporting them to FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) and initiating legal proceedings before they finally released our money. This was a stressful and damaging experience we wouldn’t wish on anyone. We are sharing this to help others avoid the same situation. If you're serious about your business, stay far away from Payrexx and choose a regulated, reputable processor.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Payrexx AG. The company lacks transparency and professionalism. They claim to support startups, yet my registration was declined without a clear reason—even though my company operates in the pharmaceutical sector and is not on any restricted list. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification, their communication remained vague and unhelpful. Decisions seem arbitrary and without any clear standard. I cannot recommend this company, especially to startups looking for reliable and fair support.

Worst payment provider on the market. Be careful to read all the small text for every subscription - this company is far worse than mobile network providers! To top it of, the customer support is an absolute nightmare. Edit: our plan has been automatically renewed after all transactions were blocked by Payrexx (even client payments) for over 6 months. Instead of renewing this plan, we were expecting money back for the inconvenience 😂 Check out Stripe or Datatrans, avoid payrexx at all cost.

Awful experience. We tried Payrexx to cash virtual credit cards. All attemps were declined After many attemps the account was frozen. We stopped using the service without reaching a single transaction. Now we are arguing with a Payrexx agent that only wants the yearly fee paid but offer no help or support. Total waste of time!

I searched more and more about good solution for our business, we found Payrexx and after that we decided to open an account with them then they sent that our account successfully approved and I can use them services but second day I had re I another email says that our application was rejected and I can’t use them service , Are you kidding? Or playing with us? I thanked god that I didn’t pay the annual fees, them work independent in Stripe and they take fees more than stripe we accepted that also but I cannot accept to close my account after opening and without breaking rules because you are broker with stripe, I don’t recommend them to anyone really, Save your money and open an account with stripe directly they have same and even more features.
