My mother has been traveling with you for years on the Basel-Osijek-Ibratno route. Everything was always okay, more or less. However, what she experienced yesterday was the worst. All her suitcases got wet, but not outside but in the trunk of the bus, one in particular where all the things were wet. The bus was like something out of "Who's singing that?", unsafe and bad. The drivers were unfriendly. Driving with the left hand while holding a cell phone in the right... she felt unsafe and scared and will definitely not travel with you again.
Simple, straightforward, friendly! I'd do it again anytime. THANK YOU!!

The ticket is about 120 Euro, everything is okay - I will give the young driver more than Dobrota for a couple of coffee coins - HE WILL NOT EVEN SAY THANK YOU!!!!!! There is no Structure - Suitcases are thrown out, there is no question about Baggage Cuts - and you pay extra. It's a shame that one RUCKSACK costs 4 Euros. Guys - Driver - you have to drink a lot of coffee to learn how to BEHAVE passengers. When you arrive happily - There is NO greeting or anything. Shame!!!!!! Ps: FlixBus —-> to Munich —> small break 30 min. still stress-free for Croatia. Grateful and very kind DRIVERS!!!! I'm sorry, but the TRUTH must be written - that's why Reviews are here!!!!!! WHERE ARE THE SAFES???????
