We had a carport built by Ferro-lino. The result was okay, but even a layperson would notice that the roof seals weren't done properly. After we complained, they were improved somewhat… Last June, after a severe storm, a roof tile flew off. Our camera captured the whole thing! My husband found the tile several meters away from the house! This shouldn't happen!!! It could cost someone their life! We called the manager, he came by, and we agreed to order a new roof tile that should arrive in about six weeks! Since then, he hasn't answered the phone or returned calls, and he's not responding to WhatsApp messages either! It's now March, so almost a year has passed with a hole in the roof. In short, never again! I'd be ashamed…

Very disappointing!! Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Fero Lino. We reported significant construction defects over a year ago, but to this day they have not been properly rectified. Instead of quick and thorough repairs, there have only been delays and empty promises. Communication is difficult, and we are constantly given the runaround. Anyone who values quality and reliable service should seriously consider whether they have found the right partner here.
