Unfortunately, the service is absolutely terrible. I ordered the tile paint for painting. Unfortunately, it only became clear later that the paint is only suitable for vertical tile surfaces and is therefore unusable for me. A return hasn't worked so far. I've declared my cancellation three times, but I've received no confirmation, no email... nothing. I asked if there was a German return address and asked them to confirm my cancellation... I got nothing! I called and didn't respond. The bottom line is... I'm now keeping the paint I don't actually need. But otherwise, I'm afraid I'll send it back and not get my money back. Very, very annoying!
