Some of their truck drivers are practically criminals who disregard right-of-way when turning into Schilligstrasse! Two accidents were narrowly avoided, with drivers at risk of being thrown down the embankment.

Speechless, really. There's existential anxiety within the team, and no sense of responsibility. Management isn't objective. A dispatch department that needs four people for a maximum of 30 trucks already points to flawed processes. As a customer, there's definitely room for improvement in pricing. Currently high costs = high concrete prices 😉 Blöchlinger offers top quality at a top price. David in dispatch is competent, as is Paul in sales. The others... well... 🤔
