A very good address in Twann on Lake Biel. The finest wines are produced here. The Chasselas, also known as Gutedel, is particularly appreciated for its refreshing character. Perrot also produces an excellent Sauvignon Blanc, which is fruity yet also crisp. Finally, the Pinot Noir also demonstrates that it feels very much at home in the vineyards of the Lake Biel region.
