On Saturday, September 27, 2025, we celebrated our wedding reception with around 110 guests at the Blumenstein Festival Hall – hosted by the Uebeschi Cheese Dairy. And what can we say? It was simply fantastic! The reception buffet was beautifully presented with great attention to detail and was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. Our guests were completely satisfied – and so were we! The selection was delicious and plentiful: generous cheese and meat platters, wonderful fruit decorations, braided bread and rolls, delicate tomato and mozzarella skewers as well as tomato and olive skewers, vegetable dip, and a lovely selection of drinks. We especially appreciated the focus on regional and seasonal products and the collaboration with local suppliers. The service was absolutely top-notch, the hospitality warm and professional, and the communication before and during the reception was very pleasant and straightforward. As an added bonus, the team even provided disposable tablecloths for the guest tables, cleaned up afterward, and disposed of the trash – this was a huge relief for us and a fantastic extra service. We enjoyed a wonderful aperitif that we will cherish. The value for money was excellent, and we wholeheartedly recommend the Uebeschi cheese dairy. A fantastic aperitif in Thierachern, held outdoors on the meadow for 230 people. Uncomplicated and competent advice/planning, excellent service, a very good aperitif buffet, and last but not least, unbeatable value for money.
A fantastic cheese dairy with a small shop where you can find many everyday groceries. Fresh milk, yogurt, cheese, and of course, beautiful appetizer platters for weddings and other occasions. 😍 Be sure to try the cheeses with a glass of wine, which you can also buy here, or some fresh bread, also from here. I live nearby and love shopping here; the staff is very friendly and helpful. 😊 I didn't take any photos; the website says it all.
We are absolutely thrilled and overwhelmed by the wonderful aperitif that the Uebeschi cheese dairy provided for our wedding. The service was outstanding and the food beautifully presented. Communication with Stefan was always very easy and friendly! Thank you so much for everything!
