I find it absolutely unacceptable that my original, objectively worded criticism was simply deleted. Instead of addressing my feedback and tackling the problem, it's simply being swept under the rug. This is definitely not what transparency and customer focus look like! A company that can't handle constructive criticism and instead tries to create an artificially positive image by deleting unfavorable opinions loses all credibility in my eyes. This is not only unprofessional, but simply disrespectful to honest customers.
