After four years as a customer, I'd like to share my feedback. Tourify offers top-notch products that, to my knowledge, are unique in Switzerland. I'm always a bit skeptical of digital products, especially when our customers are involved, as we want to ensure a flawless process. This has always been the case here. Whenever we had questions, customer service was always available and exceeded our expectations. This is how digitalization should work. Thank you very much for the collaboration.

Despite the high degree of digitalization, "social interaction" and "shared experiences" are absolutely fostered. I first completed a Tourify mystery adventure almost two years ago – the perfect way to playfully explore a place or region. Since then, I've solved further cases throughout Switzerland and also completed a few smartTrails. Sometimes with friends, sometimes with family. The themed trails are suitable for all ages. All you need is a smartphone. I'd also like to highlight the excellent communication with the provider, which was flawless and prompt when we had a question. Great product!

I know hardly anyone who is so competent, works in such a structured way, and conveys everything with such humanity and in a way that's easy for everyone to understand. He's a team player and a key driver of a successful project, yet he doesn't put himself in the spotlight. Working with Deif is incredibly inspiring. Furthermore, his crime adventures, or "crime fun," are very creative, humorous, and full of suspense. The tool for the digital themed trails is intuitive and constantly evolving.
