I've been buying these products for years. The last time I purchased them, the product I purchased was faulty. I contacted the company's customer service in the hopes of receiving a replacement. No luck: they checked the batch and found everything was fine. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order. The bottom line: one customer down.
Excellent products. Online orders always arrived safely. I no longer need to order online since there's a shop nearby that sells these products. The chocolates are superb.

The very best you can get (because the products are top quality and raw. Some nuts are even sold pre-sprouted, making them easier to digest)! The team is very friendly and accommodating, including with payment. The courses are fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend this company!
