Hopfehüsli Bräu — Schnidergasse 2, 8248 Laufen-Uhwiesen, Switzerland

They truly master the art of brewing. The locally brewed beer is exceptionally delicious and of the highest quality. Besides their excellent lager, they regularly offer fresh and interesting variations. But the service surpasses everything: always friendly and attentive (I've never had an empty glass for more than a minute) and, on top of that, a real feast for the eyes.

Hopfehüsli, run by four incredibly handsome homebrewers, serves very fine and drinkable beers at a very reasonable price. It's located in a very central location, and the nearest bus stop is just a short walk away. The only downside is that the beer is only served in tall, narrow glasses.
