What an unbelievable rip-off! We needed a vehicle and booked it with Shpetim a month in advance. As requested, we made a prepayment. On the appointed day, we arrived at the agreed location at the agreed time… but there was no sign of Shpetim. Calls and messages were ignored. Half an hour later, Shpetim finally contacted us. "We have to cancel." I couldn't believe my eyes. A seemingly professional car rental company that can't even manage to honor an agreement or at least communicate in a timely manner if something doesn't work out for whatever reason. But that's not all. Shpetim went even further. After a discussion, he said, "You'll get your money back tomorrow, and that's it." Okay… Well, several days have passed, and of course, the money hasn't arrived. Quite the opposite, in fact. Shpetim is again ignoring messages and calls. I hereby demand one last time that Shpetim refund the prepayment of €200. And to anyone considering becoming a customer of this car rental company, avoid Shpetim!
Everything was perfect, I'm extremely satisfied with Swiss Rental Schaffhausen. I received a very friendly welcome, and the booking process was incredibly quick and seamless. My experience with the C63s was fantastic; the car was in top condition. Even trips to Germany were no problem. I can highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much, Swiss Rental Schaffhausen!
I don't think it could be any simpler or more familiar. I was absolutely satisfied with everything. Pickup and return were very quick and flawless. The Porsche is, of course, an 11/10; hopefully, this won't be the last time I drive it. Truly top-notch! See you next time 😉
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The website prominently advertises that renting without a deposit is possible, but during the booking process, a deposit of several thousand Swiss francs was suddenly demanded. This seems misleading and untrustworthy. Furthermore, communication is extremely sporadic – responses are slow or nonexistent, making the entire process unnecessarily complicated. Overall, it leaves a very unprofessional impression, which definitely deters me from renting here again. Not recommended.
I rented the G 700 Brabus and was very satisfied. The car was in top condition and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and driving in Germany was also a breeze. Thank you for the excellent service!

Best car rental company in Eastern Switzerland! 💪🏻 Pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy, so I could get straight to enjoying my rental without any hassle. I was able to read the contract at my leisure without any time pressure. The guys are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit again.
