Payment accepted by card also contactless or tap to pay. Obvious note: a souvenir shop is not always financial friendly but you can find something for every wallet. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions about the area, recommending the best viewpoints, and even giving me tips on nearby attractions. Their knowledge and friendliness truly enhanced my experience. The souvenir selection is remarkable. They offer a wide variety of items, from traditional keepsakes like magnets, keychains, and postcards to more unique and high-quality options, including local crafts, Swiss chocolates, and beautifully designed apparel. It’s the perfect place to pick up a meaningful gift or a memento of your trip to Switzerland. I particularly appreciated how organized the shop was. Despite the variety of items, everything was displayed neatly, making it easy to browse. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products, which is not always the case in tourist-heavy areas. Another highlight is the shop’s location. It’s conveniently situated near the falls, making it an easy stop during your visit. You can pop in after enjoying the breathtaking views, and it feels like a natural extension of the experience. Small kiosk right next to Rhine Falls with lots of souvenirs for different budgets. Most items have Swiss branding on them. We picked up a cute red rubber duck for the bathtub. Great for postcard lovers - they sell individual stamps (0.9 francs for Switzerland, 1.9 for international if I understood correctly). Really nice that you don't have to buy a whole sheet. There's a yellow mailbox right nearby so you can send your postcards immediately. Staff was polite and friendly. You can pay by card which is convenient. Overall recommend stopping by. You'll definitely find something with a Swiss logo that catches your eye.

The tickets were easy to purchase to go on the boat ride. Very enjoyable ride and we got very close to the waterfall.
