I went in this garage for a diagnostic because my car was going to the right side of the road and the garage told me it is the wheel bearing in cause and I had to go Mercedes store to change it. After going Mercedes, I had another diagnostic saying that the wheel bearing was fine. I still changed that bearing but it was not the cause of the issue. Landgarage AG refused to refund the wrong diagnostic charged. More than CHF 3,000 was invested in this issue just because of the wrong diagnostic.

I bought my used Peugeot here almost two years ago. The car was in excellent condition, everything was explained to me, and even when I returned shortly after picking it up because something was bothering me, Mr. Schlatter responded with great understanding and friendliness. Now, an engine fault has been discovered, and I've been asked for a service invoice from the previous owner. I called Mr. Schlatter to ask if he could help me in any way. Of course, due to data protection regulations, he couldn't, but he was very eager to help. Even though the call didn't solve the problem, his friendliness left a lasting impression. And in the end, the manufacturer even covered the cost of the parts for the repair, despite the lack of an invoice. :) Thank you for everything!
