I’m having very disappointing experience with the tax return service here! The handling of my case has been consistently delayed, communication has been very poor, unhonest information has been given, and the accountant is very incompetent and unbelievably rude!!!! It’s already Dec 2025, we were still asked to provide different info one at a time for 2024. It shows the accountant doesn’t have an overview at all what documents are required. It’s very questionable on the quality and reliability of the service. It has been stress experience!
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this so-called trusteeship office. The tax advisor, Ms. Beya, recommended that I (as a self-employed person) make various flat-rate deductions, which, as I later discovered, are not permitted by the tax office. Now I have to make back payments, which is very regrettable. Furthermore, Ms. Beya hasn't even admitted her mistake; there's been absolutely no attempt at accommodation. The whole thing was handled very unprofessionally. Be careful when choosing a professional and trustee!
