The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great location with easy access to everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive. Definitely a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others.
Great Airbnb. Just my constructive criticism for the owners. For summer months investing in large box fans for each bedroom could help a lot at night. If i didn't bring my portable side fan I'd be sweating all night (I know this 2025 August is abnormally warm). Maybe have a rule they can only run when your guests are home to save on $$. Then having a binder in home, with multiple common languages, on how the lights, oven, stove top, windows, stairwell lights, and the washer and dryer works. Otherwise it was in a great spot by a commonly visited bus stop that goes to Interlaken Ost and West. A very good cafe just around the corner. It's outside of the main drag which isn't bad and makes the night time much more quieter. Also the river in town is right there and was refreshing, although cold at, on a summer day. Please note for all guests this Airbnb is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the washer and dryer is in the basement. The hosts were helpful and communicating with us if we had concerns (again sorry for the accident one star). My only main gripe was the pillows and bedding was like a college dorm room. I'll give them a 5 star because I want this Airbnb to do well but get a better bed and better fans please and thank you for future guests.

I loved the location. 10 mins walk from the station interlaken west. It was a quiet place and has enough room for a group of 5. The only bad issue was having to carry our luggage 3 floors up th narrow wood stairs of the building. Also no curtains covered any of the windows which was a bit revealing especially for the studio on the ground floor. You heare and see and live everyone on the street. They get to see you inside the studio very well too.
