We entrusted Hampel with two projects – unfortunately, with consistently disastrous results. During the facade renovation, rusty metal parts were simply painted over instead of being properly treated. The floor connections were sloppily executed, the repairs were done with the wrong texture, and the paintwork is visibly inconsistent. Despite multiple complaints, the defects were only finally rectified after more than a year and after the involvement and pressure from the Master Painters' Association. A settlement was reached before a Justice of the Peace regarding the second project. It is absolutely incomprehensible to us how a company with such shoddy workmanship can have almost exclusively 5-star reviews. We cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. (Photos of the defects are available.) Update: Now I understand the 5-star reviews. A 0-star rating would be advisable, but unfortunately, that's not possible.
