We have our coffee machines serviced every two years. We always go to Electras in Zurich. The last service was disastrous. The grinder no longer stops automatically, and the second machine has recently started getting very hot. The buttons were installed incorrectly, and a small screw is even missing. Since the change of ownership, I can no longer recommend Electras. It's a shame.
Very friendly and competent contact. Excellent value for money! Comprehensive service for everything related to coffee: sales, repairs, and roasting. Would gladly use their services again.
