Excellent service and price on a refurbished Lenovo laptop. Grade A laptop was in near perfect cosmetic condition, delivered quickly and very well packed.

I bought a laptop. Delivery was fast, and the device was securely packaged. I haven't seen a 12-month warranty on a refurbished device anywhere else. The laptop looks like new. The OS is professionally pre-installed. The battery is also in good condition. Less electronic waste, social commitment—I'm happy to support that: 5/5
I purchased a device that developed technical problems after only a short time, despite careful and proper use. The exchange process was straightforward, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement device also exhibited various issues. The keyboard suddenly stopped working properly, the battery drained quickly, the fan was very loud, and error messages repeatedly appeared when starting the device. When I wanted to return the second device and request a refund, the seller showed no goodwill, which I found very disappointing, especially since I rely on a functioning and dependable device. If you value reliability and good customer service, I would recommend looking at other sellers.
Bought an HP PC for a bargain price. Shortly after setting it up, an error message appeared on the SSD. They quickly sent me a different SSD without any hassle. Now it's working! Good business idea that counteracts the throwaway society. There should be more stores like this!
I bought an HP EliteBook 840 G10 from GEWA Multimedia. The product is in perfect condition and looks brand new. Shipping was very fast. I ordered and paid almost immediately, and the laptop was delivered. The customer service I contacted during setup was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
