Yesterday we purchased a new phone adapter. We found we got the wrong one. Today we had no problem getting it exchanged for the right one. The staff was very helpful.
I went here to order a new iPhone and they told me its out of stock which is okay but what is not okay is that they told me I will be able to get it in 2-3 weeks so i accepted, its been 5-6 weeks maybe and Im still waiting for the phone, but if they say the real waiting time maybe people wont accept to wait that much, also Ive been there 3 weeks ago to ask for the phone and they told me "mine" is the next in line to be delivered but it still hasnt being delivered after 3 weeks which makes it a lie. Everything else was okay but stop telling people false information maybe someone is waiting for their product to do their business and cant.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We were repeatedly given incorrect or incomplete information, which resulted in significant additional costs. When we signed the contract, we were assured that a mobile phone could be purchased later – but then we were suddenly told that this was no longer possible. Furthermore, we were promised that there would be no activation fee, but this was nevertheless charged at CHF 200. We were also given incorrect advice regarding the family subscriptions: We were told that family members only pay half the subscription price, without mentioning that an invitation via the Swisscom app is absolutely necessary. This would have meant that instead of CHF 40, we would have had to pay CHF 80. To clarify these discrepancies, we went back to the store. However, the responsible advisor was not there, and we were promised a callback. We have now been waiting for this callback for two weeks. Overall, there were several serious instances of misinformation with financial consequences. I expect transparency, reliability, and accurate information from a professional advisor – unfortunately, this was not the case here.
