We did not place an order, and despite multiple written notifications to the contrary, we received unjustified invoices and payment reminders without any reason or order. We also explained that due to a severe spinal cord injury, I am already extremely busy and we wish to avoid such unnecessary expenses. Despite responding via email, the company provided no clarification and continued to send another unjustified payment reminder with a threat of legal action. Such practices are truly disheartening.
Very bad experience, except for the technicians. I don't understand how such a company can still exist in this day and age. A detailed report with pictures will follow…

Since the new managing director took over, internal processes have become even more chaotic than usual. By far the worst branch after Wettswil.
The new elevator still can't go to the basement. The "technicians" are simply incompetent.
