I had a very disappointing experience with Flexobau Heimberg AG for a roofing job. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a stressful situation. Communication was poor from the start—they were hard to reach and didn’t provide clear timelines. The work itself was not up to standard. After the roofing was completed, I noticed issues that should have been fixed properly the first time, including uneven finishing and concerns about durability. It felt rushed and lacking in professional care. There were also unexpected delays, and the project took much longer than originally promised. When I raised concerns, the response was slow and not very helpful, which made things even more frustrating. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Flexobau Heimberg AG for roofing work. The quality and service did not justify the cost.

Flexobau comes highly recommended. They conducted an on-site inspection before providing a quote. The contact was pleasant, the work was clean and flawless, and the costs were adhered to. The entire construction site was left clean and tidy. The work was carried out by friendly, Swiss German-speaking staff (who clearly take pride in their craft!). They sealed a leaking cold-faced roof for us, including the construction of a new sloping concrete slab. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you very much.
