Terrible complaint management!!! Being taken seriously should be handled differently... Mr. Schneider laughed at my explanation, which is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, we now have a Rotor device in our house and are therefore tied to the company – what a shame.
Excellent service, ordered a machine part and it arrived within 2 days, fantastic!
The only disadvantage for Lips: the machines have a very long lifespan. You can still see 40-50 year old appliances in catering kitchens today.
