I ordered a hydrogen-enriched water bottle and I'm thrilled. Before buying it, I had some (more complex) technical questions, which customer service answered thoroughly, even though I wasn't a customer yet. Once I ordered, the bottle was delivered the very next day. It's very user-friendly. And the bottle is of higher quality and more durable than many more expensive (!) models.

Friendly contact, excellent service, the device has been in operation for 5 days and I can finally drink clean water with absolutely minimal contaminants. I find the addition of hydrogen interesting; I wasn't aware of that before.
