Over several weeks, we repeatedly needed accommodation in Uznach for individual nights – a rather unusual situation that not every B&B can accommodate so flexibly. The team at B&B Entensee, however, was simply fantastic: incredibly helpful, extremely flexible, and always proactive. The rooms are spotlessly clean, furnished with great attention to detail, and convey a feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. You can immediately tell how much heart and soul Irene & Urs have put into their B&B. For us, each stay was a great relief and, at the same time, a little home away from home. Highly recommended – simply wonderful!
A real stroke of luck – warm, thoughtful, and simply wonderful! (10/10) On our motorcycle trip, we were caught in a heavy downpour and had to spontaneously search for accommodation. How lucky that we stumbled upon the enchanting BnB Entensee run by Irene & Urs Lehmann-Fäh! We received an incredibly warm welcome and felt welcome from the very first moment. The accommodation is furnished with such attention to detail – everything revolves charmingly and with a wink around the theme of "duck." From the decor to the little surprises, everything is thoughtfully and lovingly designed. Sustainability is also a top priority here – a beautiful and valuable sign in this day and age. The breakfast was not only delicious, but a real highlight, full of regional and high-quality products. What was especially nice: The children were also well catered for! Board games, a small play area, and a cold beer in the fridge for the grown-ups – they really thought of everything here. Accommodation that's not only practical, but truly warm, homely, and relaxing. Thank you for this wonderful experience – we'd love to come back! With good cheer André Ella Kim Mia
A very warm and creative B&B. Whether for spontaneous or long-term guests, or to accommodate visitors... you can stay here comfortably. Breakfast preferences are taken into account, making it ideal for vegans as well. Just like the wonderful guests, the wonderful staff and owners are very friendly and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay overnight due to a medical emergency in my family. My request for at least a small refund for the room I never used (which didn't require cleaning) and the breakfast I never had was met with no response from BnB Entensee. They had only offered that I wouldn't have to pay for breakfast separately on my next booking. When I pointed out that I wouldn't be returning to the area for the foreseeable future and that this was of no use to me, they still didn't respond. Customer service is clearly not a concept here, and ignoring messages from guests is extremely poor form. I had a very bad experience with BnB Entensee.
