This company has always worked reliably for me. The communication was always flawless. I was always able to reach the employees. Holidays and Christmas periods are also acceptable to me, but I don't understand some of the comments here.

This property management company also fails to maintain proper accounting practices, as stipulated by regulations and previous resolutions. Over the Christmas and New Year period, they are simply unreachable for extended periods, leaving owners who experience significant damage during this time to fend for themselves. Their response to owners' concerns leaves much to be desired. Requests from the management, such as obtaining additional quotes, are ignored, and expensive work is simply pushed through by "their" contractors, even when there is no current need. Finally, the owners' meeting is used as a promotional event for products from sister companies. Therefore, this property management company cannot be recommended.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience handing over my apartment. I received no feedback, and I was only informed about the status after writing several times. They kept coming up with excuses to delay the whole thing, etc. They were very fussy about handing over the apartment. They wore headlamps and crawled on the floor... To each their own, but the insurance companies are going to suffer again...
