I placed an order for an in-stock item on May 4, 2025. It was never delivered. After four weeks, I followed up by phone. They promised to deliver the item or to check with the supplier to see if it was available. If I didn't hear from them, they would deliver it in a few days or weeks. To date, I haven't received a delivery, a message, or a refund. Emails are ignored. It's a shame, because I wanted to support a local business.
