One of the worst consulting firms I've ever seen!! Totally unprofessional (always keep their internal and external colleagues business-like!), and on top of that, they're extremely know-it-all. Stay away from this company; there are far better options! Remark on Mr. Schumacher's response: My assessment is by no means a mistake or misunderstanding! I was referring to Proback! What about the non-profit organization? Your hourly and daily rates are by no means non-profit, just like your behavior. You convince the client that this and that should be changed to make the business more profitable, then—oh no surprise there—just by chance you have the right external colleagues on hand who would do it at a friendly price, and then you can just about award a few contracts internally—not for free, mind you! In the end, you spend tens of thousands of francs, the strategy has completely failed, but the main thing is that Proback made a good profit. This is anything but non-profit, or rather, for the client, it's truly non-profit, meaning it's not profitable, to work with you. But the fact that a company like yours only has three reviews on Google says it all. I hope other companies are smarter than I was and carefully consider whether to consult you. It will save them a lot of money and hassle!
