Absolutely not customer-oriented if you're a small business customer. When it became clear we were switching providers, the marketing manager emailed our boss to complain about my behavior. When I directly inquired about the reason for this, I never received a reply. Two clients were set up with incomprehensible charts of accounts (10,000 accounts), absolutely absurd. To restore this to a standard configuration, I received invoices, which I find unjustifiable, and therefore switched ABACUS support. I was then billed CHF 75.00 for a password reset. If you don't sign up for the top-tier contract, you wait days for a callback. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them; the difference compared to the new provider is night and day!
