My bedroom blind was jammed and very difficult to raise or lower. As a new customer, I contacted Bürgi. Within an hour, the owner and a companion arrived. Luckily, they were able to oil the blind mechanism without removing the blind. Everything was fixed perfectly within 20 minutes, and the blind moves smoothly again.
