Zimmerberg Immobilien GmbH was fine before Mr. Hilfiker arrived. Mr. Hilfiker's conduct and work are a disaster. Rental agreements are left unfinished, nameplates are forgotten, invoices are incorrect—to name just three of countless examples. And when I, as a customer, dare to ask questions, his arrogance and rudeness are unparalleled. Even my new property management company has been repeatedly astonished by Mr. Hilfiker's behavior and work.
