In my opinion, not recommended. First, the travel agency: their opening hours are completely wrong. The first time I visited, they handed me books to study on my own, which wasn't a problem for me. The second time I visited, the person there didn't have time, so we made an appointment. When I arrived at the agreed-upon time, the consultant told me she knew nothing about it and we had to wait until she had finished her work. What's more important, her pending work or a new customer who walks through the door with an appointment? On the spur of the moment, we went to the next travel agency nearby without an appointment, and we received immediate assistance. I find it outrageous that you have to make an appointment and nobody knew anything, even though I provided all my information at the second appointment – email, phone number, etc. Baldingerreise doesn't even deserve this single star!
The travel agency as it used to be – competent, excellent advice, here you get the perfect feel-good package, whether you want to quickly book a route for business or get insider tips for your vacation – always ready for the customer, thank you very much!
