The counter is only open in the afternoon, even though the employees are on-site. What's the point? This is terrible customer service! Often, you don't have to go to the counter, but if you do, it's on a day off. I have a schedule for the afternoon, and now I have to adjust everything. I find these opening hours a disaster!! The employee didn't explain anything; he just said it's closed, come back in the afternoon...finding a solution isn't going to work ;-/
