I ordered something on April 13th, paid immediately, and received a prompt order confirmation via email. The note stated "Delivery time approx. 5 days," which was no problem for me. Now it's April 29th, and I haven't received a response to my email about the order, nor a shipping confirmation. I've now requested a cancellation via the contact form; we'll see if anything happens. All in all, I'm extremely dissatisfied and can only advise everyone against ordering anything from this "shop."
Ordered goods in July, after two phone calls and emails, delivery was communicated for October, but I still haven't received anything in December. They no longer respond to emails. Not recommended; if you do order, only order on account... December 10, 2020: I hereby confirm that I definitely placed an order with CasaDirekt in July and that the above assessment of this company is accurate.
I ordered something on May 14th, today is May 27th and nothing has arrived or been shipped. I sent an email but it was ignored, so I'm waiting to see if anything arrives at all.
I had a very positive experience. I placed my order over the weekend. Payment was processed on Monday, and the goods arrived exactly seven days later. I then had a question, and the response was very friendly, polite, and competent. Everything went smoothly. Thank you very much, and I will definitely order again.
I wanted to inquire about my order today. Unfortunately, both email addresses are not working! When I try to view other items on the website, I keep getting an error message. Does this company still exist, and when will I receive my paid item? Thank you
