Fabio Rüegsegger is an absolute professional with a great deal of passion. I became aware of Fabio through social media. This led to my commissioning him for an interior design project, and I was fortunate enough to meet him in person. For me, Fabio is a model entrepreneur of the new generation: From the initial contact and discussions to the execution of the project, Fabio stands out not only for his extensive expertise but also for his creative ideas and spontaneous solutions on-site. Despite his energy and flexibility, he is down-to-earth, approachable, and empathetic. He has a fantastic team of employees, whom he leads with great skill and confidence. His dedication is unparalleled, and his joy in his craft is palpable. And the best part: Even though our project had already been completed to our complete satisfaction, the doorbell rang one day. He was traveling in the area and surprised me with a special adhesive tape that we had discussed during the installation. Going the extra mile, just like that, impressed me even more. I also had the opportunity to learn from him. I am especially grateful for that and for the kind gesture with the compression band. Thank you so much! Fabio and his colleague installed a framed door at our house, connecting two sections by creating a wall opening. They custom-fitted the wood paneling, redesigned the threshold and stair treads, and more. Their work was extremely precise, solid, and fast. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and communicative, with clever ideas implemented in practice. As an added bonus, they also got rid of some pests in a beam in another part of the house. We would gladly use their services again if needed!
