Nice rooms, indeed. Friendliy staff changing every other week. Most offices are empty and apparently used as tax domiciles. The others are taken by bigger Co's as literally "outposts", or by little nik-and-nax-startups dreaming their dream. What really was unprofessional and driving me mad was the global payment system in the background: I got charged amounts again and again on my card for reasons which I got explained AFTERWARDS. Also, high rate of MISTAKES! In one case, it took me over 20 emails and 10 phone calls to get things straight. Oh, yeah, and I'm after weeks I'm still waiting for my deposit. Instead, I get futher invoices… Opinion? If you need a nice and expansive office for your one-man-company, go for it. Nevertheless, I would NEVER EVER recommend REGUS to an established, well known firm.

I have been at Regus Wallisellen office for 6 months now. The shared office and services are great. Dora and Adis were really friendly and helpful. Especially Shqipe Bajraktari. She has always been very lovely and attentive. I always see her either trying to keep the common area neat and clean, to watering plants, to standing on a tall chair to replace light bulbs, to writing and drawing cute messages on the common board. She always tries to help not just me but other clients and guests. Can definitely count on her to be a good representative for Regus :)

I've had several meetings with the clients at Regus and I have to say I've had very positive experiences. Meeting rooms are bright, modernly equipped and have all the facilities for smooth work. The concept of open space they have is a great way to socialize and connect with people from different companies. The reception is super friendly and at your service for whatever you need.

I have been with Regus since about 2 months now and I must say that this location is absolutely brilliant for many reasons. 1) Location, very close to the train station (200 m, 4 minutes walk) 2) Staff (N. Ramelli) is really one of the most customer friendly person ever. He is a gentleman (i am observing), customer focused and welcoming. 3) The place is quiet and makes it worthwhile to be there even in the lounge when I am working on super complicated data science projects. So you can imagine. 4) Spacious. 5) Other people in the coworking space are friendly and welcoming as well. I settled in comfortable in less than a week or so. The only down side is , I wish there was a telephone booth for me to take an occasional call or two. Highly Recommend!
