We are delighted every day with the successful complete renovation of our bathroom. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the truly excellent collaboration. The work was consistently of a high standard, which, unfortunately, is not always a given these days. Even minor issues were resolved professionally and without any fuss. BlumBau...unfortunately not recommended! A defect appeared 1 1/2 years after the renovation. It wasn't really a big deal and easy to fix. Several emails and phone calls were never answered...until today; the defect is still pending. The color code for the wall paint was only found after several email inquiries and a personal visit. The invoice listed all items, even though only part of the work had been completed (although an agreement was reached). All in all, the biggest disappointment is that there was no response to our inquiries! In the end, the good reputation of the trade simply suffers...but fortunately, we've had more positive experiences with other Swiss tradespeople.
