We had an apartment for almost 3 years. Incredibly well taken caren of. They have an amazing app to communicate w them, contract signing is fully digital, paying of deposit is too. Super responsive, helpful. They really go above and beyond. We only move because of a relocation abroad, otherwise we would never have changed apartments. We had an issue w the final cleaning and Eric Bühler was incredibly attentive, human and supportive so we could hand-over the keys and do the cleaning one day later. Thank you!

Really unhappy with this agency. Tried renting a flat through them. They dragged the process on for over a month (!) before rejecting my application. I don't mind the rejection, but their first written answer came after 21 days and they were generally immensely unresponsive and difficult, nigh on impossible, to reach. I don't recommend dealing with them if you are looking to rent a property.

Primobilia AG had ample time over many years to renovate its existing apartments and bring them up to standard. Nevertheless, the company chose not to do so and instead terminated the leases of all tenants – including families and long-term residents, some of whom had lived there for decades. Apparently, Primobilia AG wanted to avoid falling under the housing protection initiative. The company justified this by claiming it could not or would not invest enough. It seems all the more contradictory, then, that sufficient funds are now suddenly available to construct a completely new building. The plans call for new apartments with rents that many of the current tenants cannot afford. This approach raises the question of whether economic interests were deliberately prioritized over social responsibility and the protection of existing tenancies. Currently, over 2,000 people are looking for a new apartment. The housing market situation is extremely tight, especially here in the city of Zurich. Affordable housing is scarce, and demand far exceeds supply. Under these circumstances, one year is far from sufficient to find suitable and affordable housing. Many affected individuals are under enormous pressure, as despite intensive searching, they have little chance of securing a new place to live within a reasonable timeframe.
