As a woman, you're harassed simply for not being dishonest. The team leaders are insecure and only friendly to certain genders because they're seeking validation. The HR department doesn't form its own opinion of employees but only listens to the negative things others say about them. The HR team gossips about employees and protects those who speak out about their personal problems, while they themselves can get away with anything and sometimes perform poorly. This workplace is inhumane and unfair. If there's no other reason for termination, economic reasons are often cited. I cannot recommend anyone work at this company, and those who work there as team leaders or in HR act inhumanely.
