I have contacted Ms. Labancova, and I am very pleased with the experience. She is incredibly detailed, organized, and kind. She always responds promptly and efficiently addresses any missing or broken parts that need fixing. Overall, it has been a comfortable experience for me. Thank you!
I only ever had contact with Ms. Labancova and it has always been great. I have yet to move out in the end of november but I am sure nothing would change about this time. I have lived here for 3 Years and Ms. Labancova has always replied quickly and if anything was broken it was repaired in the same week. So thank you!
Unbelievably unfriendly and unhelpful. When handing over the keys the flat was expected to be professionally cleaned by a cleaning service they recommend otherwise you will be charged for literally anything. They used a black glove going over every surface and if there was just a tiny bit of dust I was charged for it. Ironically when I got the flat it was not cleaner than when I moved out. So it appears they are making actually their profit with this. The flat was handed over to me without vent filters which I was then charged for. I wasn’t even aware that there had to be any. They also have not transferred my deposit yet though I have moved out more than a month ago. Worth mentioning that I have never had issues with landlords in the past. I would not rent with them ever again even if they were the only agency renting out apartments in Zurich! Disappointing!
For a year I rented a flat, which posed a real problem for me. The communication with Ms. J. Teich was always professional as well as friendly and the facility manager tried its best to resolve the issues. Unfortunately the delays were substantial but after a little digging I realized, that this was quite common in Zurich during the state of 'emergency' - which resulted in an unreliable customer service in general worldwide. Thus, I cannot contribute this issue to the agency itself. The handover of the flat went smoothly - I also gave my best to clean it - and the caution was returned in a timely manner. In the second half of my stay, the response time in a normal setting was fast and I had never had problems to reach a representative by phone, even without having to wait on the line. Nevertheless, the best approach was by email in my experience in order to have a track record and to call when the necessity arised. To sum up, a very friendly customer service with an honest attempt to resolve your issues and complaints. Hence a reliable agency, that I would have liked in an unproblematic flat.
Hi everyone! I came to Switzerland three years ago and rented the flat under this agency's portfolio. At the beginning they were polite and responsible, until issues with building started. Broken lock on the main entrance doors and always dirty washing room are only some of the examples..When I decided to hand over the flat they showed a real incompetence and a lack of professionalism. Two potential candidates for my flat gave up because the agency was too slow in replying to applications or the agency had special considerations which it actually did not apply to other tenants...at the end I was searching for a new tenant for two months. At the end, when they accepted one tenant they did not send the agreement for 10 days and new tenant was confused asking what is happening....The deposit phase went quite smooth and I waited only 2 months to get my money back. All in all...I would not recommend this agency to anyone but knowing the real estate market situation in Zurich, I am afraid people just have no much choice.
I have been living in one of their apartments for almost a year now. So far the agency proved to be very responsive and helpful. They are, within reason, willing to go out of their way to consider requests that you may have regarding your tenancy. They let me move in almost half a month earlier the date set in the contract and did not incur any fees.
