What an unfriendly man! I just wanted to ask something quickly, and the main entrance door to the factory was open. Although the building is built on a hillside, it's quite level. So, one would assume that if no one is supposed to just walk in, the door would simply remain closed. Instead, I was yelled at for following the sign for "Reception" and then being surprised to find there was no reception at all. I don't think much of the Swiss anyway, but this once again demonstrated their unfriendliness and arrogance towards travelers.
