This company is absolutely not recommended. We chose them about three years ago because they promised very prompt delivery and installation, and that's exactly what happened. Unfortunately, the lift is extremely slow. Even worse, the battery has already had to be replaced three times. The company has been completely unhelpful. We deeply regret choosing this product. It also reflects very poorly on the parent company, Garaventa, which otherwise has a good reputation in the cable car industry.
