Restaurant Altitude bei Beausite Park Hotel — Am, Wengi 1412c, 3823 Wengen BE, Switzerland

Had our Christmas dinner here. The a la carte and daily special set menu were confusing as the a la carte menu has the price for the specials on one side but the specials are a seperate menu, this was quetied by us and clarified by staff. I recommend asking to sit near the fireplace as that is the nicest room. The other room was bit bigger and more basic. Meals took over an hour to arrive. Staff spoke good English and answered our questions. Complimentary butter mixed with red wine and the bread to start was good. Most of our main meals were good, but the pasta was bland and a strange combination of flavours and textures. Cheese buffet looked good but we did not partake. The chef came to greet us and that was a nice touch.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced. The food was outstanding, the wine tasted magnificent, and the service was like no other. Our server, Diogo, had us laughing and made our evening wonderful. He kept our drinks full, helped us choose a delicious meal, and was very friendly. If you want amazing food and even better service, eat at the Beausite Park Hotel Altitude restaurant.

My husband and I came to Beausite Park Hotel for our honeymoon. We planned to have dinner at Restaurant Altitude maybe twice during our stay. In the end we had dinner and breakfast at Altitude all five days. We were blown away by the service, the food, and the views!!! Lea, the Director and Manager of Service, has created the most welcoming space. She is an expert in her field and it was a pleasure and delight to spend every evening with her. We plan to come back to Wengen every few years and will not stay at any other hotel solely because of the experience Lea provided for us. Unforgettable. Now, the food! Jan has created a wide-ranging and delightful culinary experience. We loved the use of seasonal produce in every dish and the variety of flavors and textures. Every evening is a new culinary experience as their menu changes daily! The wine pairings curated by Lea were perfect and always elevated the dish. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Every day we would be out in the mountains and say to each other, "I can't wait for dinner." A huge thank you to the staff here. Much love and see you soon!

Our waiter Jose was super nice and friendly. He took great care of us when we had dinner there. We loved the restaurant so much that we went back again the next night. The food was great, the atmosphere was awesome, and the service was top-notch.

Everything was delicious and perfect! From the salmon ceviche to the passion fruit sorbet! Would definitely return and do the 4 course meal. Floriana was very attentive and made the experience even better :)
