Unfortunately, I once had a bad batch of yogurt that made me ill with vomiting and diarrhea. I didn't have these problems with the cheese and butter. When I spoke to the manager about it, he simply brushed me off, saying it was due to my health. That's how you lose loyal customers.
The mocha yogurt tasted excellent, but was unfortunately a bit too runny. However, there was one major drawback: the contents were not 180 grams as stated, but only 175 grams! (Calibrated kitchen scale)
The best yogurt far and wide, I gladly make the trip to Biel-Wengi every 10 days for 40 yogurts! I'm absolutely fed up with the bland, generic products from Cristallina, Emmi, and Migros Elsa. Keep up the good work, you lovely people at the Wengi cheese dairy! Hanspeter Grob, Master Confectioner, Biel
Unfortunately, I'm giving them zero stars. They didn't have the raclette cheese I'd pre-ordered, and they couldn't find any more – and this was so close to Christmas! I wasn't informed by phone even though they had my number. The service was very unfriendly. A real shame for a regional cheese shop. P.S.: Cash only.
You can't get fresher milk or dairy products. Not at Migros, not at Coop. The only way to get fresher milk is directly from the cow.
For years we have been travelling around 30km to buy excellent whole milk, yoghurt and some cheeses. The staff are friendly and professional.
