It's really important for emergencies that a lift operator actually answer the phone and be available for service. Instead, what we discovered in an emergency was - not answering the phone during advertised business hours; - no issue ticketing system, so that each time we did manage to get through to someone they had no idea about previous calls, appointments or resolutions. Emails were not answered and the promised emergency service did not happen.
Very customer-focused. Onsite help after less then 24 hours. Thanks a lot.
