About a year ago, I bought a beautiful Beetle. The car was impeccably clean and in excellent condition. Everything still works perfectly. However, the sales negotiations proved somewhat difficult, and at one point I was even close to backing out of the purchase because the sales documents weren't entirely correct. This problem was only resolved after repeated requests. Overall, the transaction was rather bumpy in terms of customer service, but thanks to the car's excellent condition, it ultimately proved to be a positive experience.
