My management contacted the company. Two friendly tradesmen even stopped by on their way back from Pentecost and repaired my siphon. I'm thrilled! :-)
Unsatisfied service from Kurt Senn AG. I contacted the property management company to schedule an appointment. Kurt Senn AG responded by email over the weekend and suggested I come by on Monday morning. Unfortunately, I couldn't respond in time, so I gave them my cell phone number to schedule an appointment. Despite two email attempts between December 18th and today, January 7th, I haven't received a response. It seems the company isn't closed for vacation, as they would have left an automatic out-of-office message otherwise. I've since fixed the problem myself in an hour through research and tinkering. Service = Zero. Not recommended!
Emails are not being answered. They come unannounced to descale the boiler. Reply: My name isn't on the customer list either. I experienced it myself when I was visiting my sister! That should be enough for me to express my opinion!
Water pipes were laid, and a new outdoor tap was installed. Impeccable work, completed in record time. Would gladly use their services again.
