They arrived almost half an hour late on moving day... ...the movers didn't do a careful job at all, several pieces of furniture were scratched, and a leather sofa was crammed into the lift so badly that it was damaged... ...they also didn't work efficiently or systematically... ...not recommended!

We originally planned to manage the move ourselves. But then we were overwhelmed by the workload and ran out of time. One call to MY Umzüge and a few days later the owner himself was here to assess the situation. Within half an hour, everything was scanned and a short-notice appointment was arranged. Moving day went perfectly. Plenty of staff, professional and very friendly. By early afternoon, everything was completed to our complete satisfaction.
